Welcome back!

Hi hi! I'm Genevieve, also known as Vivi! I'm a Community Development Specialist at Ubisoft and avid writer who is in love with the way stories, film, and video games bring people together.

In my time at Ubisoft, I've worked as part of the North America support team, managing community and social strategy while maintaining player base relationships. I've also worked closely with Production, Live Operations, and PR/Corporate Communications teams as well as being a permanent fixture in the QA/QC teams, aimed to improve all agents' work, training, and workshop needs.

At the end of the day, I want to create fun, inclusive spaces where people can connect, share stories, and just enjoy being part of something together ✨
